Kimber and her husband, Mike, have two grown children, Sydney and Bryce. Kimber is running for Mason City Mayor to foster collaborative leadership that strengthens community connections and continued growth and vitality. Her values are deeply rooted in faith and community, instilled in her by her parents, who encouraged hard work and community service. She holds a master’s degree in healthcare administration and is the Administrator at Good Shepherd Nursing Home. She is also the Vice President of the United Way of North Central Iowa Board of Directors and the River City Kiwanis, a member of the McNider Art Museum Board of Trustees, and PEO.
